  I really like Burger King but this location makes it hard to like. Every time I have been there so far, the food tasted old and the service was slow. Also it is kind of hard to get to because of the way it is crowded in a packed parking lot. They need to do some renovations to bring the quality of this place back up.
  
  Went a second time because my son wanted to go for his birthday. We ate inside and the restaurant was very dirty and gross. They were very slow to take our order and also very slow to get our food out. In fact we asked them what was taking so long and they had completely forgotten about us. When we finally did get our food it was nothing great and they had forgotten to give us the toy in my son's kid's meal. Never returning to this location again. They basically don't even care about the bad reviews they get.

  I usually prefer burger king over other fast food restaurants but this location has changed that completely. Every time I go everything looks very uncleanly and the service is slow and unfriendly. I decided to give them one last try and just confirmed that this is not somewhere I ever want to go to again. The service was just plain terrible and I was treated by the cashier like I was a nuisance, which also happened last time I went through the drive thru. This place is just so bad I'd rather take a 20 minute drive to the American Fork location than having to come here ever again. Honestly, anything is better than this place so just go spend your money somewhere it's actually worth it and where they treat you at least decently.
