  The restaurant is clean and has one of those cool kiosks to order from. Getting out of the restaurant parking lot was a nightmare though. The drive-through was backed up through the parking area.

  Extremely unkept, and unsanitary. Very poor service. Managers don't care that the place is a dump. Worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. We were very disaapointed.
  
  Seats and tables were all filthy. Garbage were all full so there was literally no where to put the left-over garbage on every table. Customer service was terrible. Did not care about messes or getting food out. The place is very new, and 50% of the boothes were missing seats (yep, they were taken off or stolen), and several areas had gang symbols carved into the tables or the wood booths (where the back of the seats used to be).

  My local McDonald's, the drive through always has a long line but they've never messed up my order and the employee's are nice.

  The manager was super friendly. Had a small problem with the mopping of the floor and she (in the middle of the lunch rush) was super friendly and took care of it immediately. All the employees here are very friendly and helpful.

  Ordered a McFlurry and two ice cream cones. Ice cream is usually made by the cashier, but she decided it was time to go on a break immediately after taking our order. She joined the 5 OTHER EMPLOYEES who were all taking a break simultaneously. After 8 minutes my wife finally hounded the employees for our order, which subsequently took 20 seconds to make. There was hardly anyone else inside the restaurant. I'm not entirely certain how management expects to serve customers when the whole of the staff is lounging about.
  We'll be sure to go to Arctic circle next time.
